How do I retrieve my password?
Look for the “Forgot Password” link located next to the “LOGIN” button in your sites login page. Click the link. Answer the questions. Check the email account you registered with for a response from your site to reset. If you get the message that your email address is not on record, you may be on the wrong platform. Please contact your Global Partner. Go to your platforms home page and look for the link at the bottom of the page that says “Global Partner”. Click on their name fill out the form.

What do I do if there is no “REGISTER” link on the platform login page?
This means that your platform does not allow self registration or you are on the old platform. In this case go to your site “Home Page”. Click on the “Contact” or “Human Resource” button. Fill out the form and submit.
What are the requirements for a password?
All passwords are CASE sensitive. The password must be at least six (6) characters long and contain no spaces.
What are the requirements for a username?
Username are 3 to 236 characters long and may contain letters, numbers, and most common symbols excluding spaces.
