If my credit card is not in my name (e.g.; company name, bosses card, etc.) will this cause an issue?
No. When you are ready to fill in the payment method simply use the name on the credit card. The system will link it to your account. Be sure the name and other information on the payment form is the correct information linked to your method of payment (full name, address, etc.).
How do I cancel my paid subscription?
Please contact your Global Partner. Go to your platforms home page and look for the link at the bottom of the page that says “Global Partner”. Click on their name fill out the form. Indicate that you wish to cancel your paid subscription.
